At Pearce Rutherfurd Design, we take care to provide each of our customers high quality services personalized for each project. Specializing in NYC apartments and townhouses, to date we have completed over 25 successful staged properties.
Most of our projects are Estates that need refurbishing- painting, floor refinishing and sometimes bathroom reglazing. Their condition detracts from showcasing the home's potential in today’s competitive market. Recognizing each projects unique needs, we recommend the most cost effective plan to prepare the home for market and create the strongest emotional reaction.
An overwhelming majority of buyers cannot visualize how the home will work for their needs when they first walk into a property. Creating an elegant presentation upon entry is always our priority. We strategically select and arrange Pearce Rutherfurd furnishings to highlight and enhance the space. Transitional furniture, mirrors, contemporary art, lighting, rugs, and table top are used to enhance, give dimension and scale.
We manage all aspects of the staging plan:
* Detailed staging recommendations with design layouts and estimates for outside vendors: Painters, floor work, electrical, window cleaning, etc.
* Managing all areas of apartment preparation and installation of staging plan
* Rentals: soft furnishings, tables, rugs, art, lighting, mirrors, bedding, fresh towels, floral etc. Includes delivery, placement and removal.
* Staging and floral for photographs and open house
* If necessary we can recommend packers/movers/storage, set up removal of all unwanted personal items, window shades and furnishings. We have excellent contacts with Estate Liquidators and Organizers.
